About the Speakers

Nick Henson

Nick has 20 years experience working within investment banking IT as a developer, Business Analyst and Project Manager.

For the past 8 years he has performed most roles within agile projects including scrum master, product owner and automated test engineer. His passion is lean processing.

In his current role he is a coach and trainer on a major investment bank agile transformation.

He has been a regular contributor to global agile conferences and now runs the London Agile Book Club.

Kamila Piorowska

Kamila performed a role of Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst in several Investment Banks. Currently Kamila works as Agile Coach in a large bank as part of the enterprise central Agile Adoption Team.

When running cross enterprise transformation, Kamila is celebrating successes of agile cross enterprise adoption as well as overcoming several challenges such as resistance to change, difficulties when scaling scrum at large, command and control management.

Kamila highly enjoys running Agile training sessions, coaching Scrum Masters and senior leaders.
